I was in desperate need to change up the playlist for my spin workouts!
Lately I’ve been using the spin bike for some quick sweaty cardio before lifting, so I didn’t want this workout to be too long. This is just twenty minutes (including the cool down) but it can be intense if you work hard. That’s the beauty of spin workout — you control your effort and resistance so they can be as easy or as difficult as you want!

I did this spin workout this morning before an upper body workout. Today was bench press, shoulder press, lat raises and some glut work for my physical therapy. I love when I actually get in a workout before class. Such an energizing start to the day!
Today is day 2 of our respiratory module, which has already been a huge, “Hey, remember chem and physics 101?!” wake up call. Lots to revisit! And this afternoon I will be videotaped doing a practice patient interview and then re-watch it while getting feedback. Nerve wracking, but I love patient interactions so I think it’ll go well.
