It seems all the craziness of school decided to manifest in a nasty cold once I let myself slow down. Figures! I had a pretty stressful and sleepless last couple of weeks, and now my body is letting me know it’s had enough. I’ve been doing a lot of nothing — actually still have some last minute gifts to pick up today (eek!) and then lots of family time. We’re actually having our fancy Christmas Even dinner tonight since my little brother is leaving tomorrow to spend Christmas with his girlfriend. Just adds an extra day of celebration:)
I’m popping in today to share a new spin workout. I used to spin ALL THE TIME a few years ago and almost became a certified instructor. Around that same time I started creating workouts for myself because I didn’t like being tied to the specific class times at my gym. Well, after 3 years of using the same 50 min spin workout (and old songs) I finally made another! This one is a bit shorter – only 30 minutes – which is perfect for my current schedule.

Just download these songs or make a Spotify playlist and hop on a spin bike! If you are new to spinning and don’t know the proper technique, please check out this post from spinning.com.
