Thanks so much for your words and advice on yesterday’s post! There is so much that goes into the decision, and of course my future career and happiness comes first. I just wish it were that easy!
So, I’ve gotten into a groove where I’m doing some sort of run 2-3 days a week. Depending on how I feel, I do either steady state 3-4 miles or some combination of intervals and sprints. I don’t have a set schedule — just go by how my legs feel and what I’m in the mood for. And I’m sure it’ll change as the weather gets nicer and I want to be outside more!
Here is a 40 minute Run Workout I did yesterday – it keeps me busy, gives me some breaks, and is a mix of jogging, pushing myself and all out sprinting.
For push pace I go up about 1.5-2 mph from my recovery jog. It’s uncomfortable but not impossible. And then my sprints are all out. I use about 5% incline for my hills. That’s it – the rest is self explanatory.
What type of workouts are you into lately?
