So my knee has been acting up a little again.
It’s not remotely as bad as it was over the summer, but there have been a few twinges. There is also tons of crepitus (crackling) which scares me because I’m only 29.
Anyway, I decided maybe all the plyometric circuits and jumping back into leg weights was too much too soon. Spinning is a great (fairly) knee-friendly way to get in a good leg workout, so I decided to get back into that by creating a new workout. It was time for some new music anyway!
