This workout was created for my off day from yoga. Normally I’d just walk a bit for some movement, but I had a ton of energy (likely due to more afternoon chocolate than usual.) I knew I didn’t want to run for an hour or do sprints that would tire out my legs, so this was my middle ground. Half running, half walking, all 60 minutes of House Hunters Renovation. Win.
