Today I’m sharing a quick yoga video that is perfect if you have back pain. I don’t know about you, but on days where I’m chained to my desk (so most days…), my back hurts. Taking just five minutes to stretch and backbend makes a world of difference!
Spend a couple of breaths in each pose, or feel free stay longer if it’s feeling extra juicy good. If you don’t have a yoga block for supported fish, you can either skip it or try it unsupported by sliding your hands underneath your hips and resting back on your elbows (like here.)
As always, don’t do anything your body isn’t ready for.
