This Thursday is the 5th Annual Missouri Eating Disorder Advocacy Day. This event was rescheduled because of snow last month (ironic), but it's s upposed to be clear by Thursday. Hi guys! My usual morning post got pushed back today because I went shopping for papers and fabrics with my boss. Monday morning at the mall? My job's not so bad:) Before that I had a 5 mile speed-work run at the gym. Same intervals from 8-8.5mph but this time I recovered at 6.8 instead of 6.7. CRAZY I know.
