The most perfect wedding weekend is winding down! My little brother married a wonderful girl and I now officially have a sister, even though it's felt that way for a while since they dated for over 7 years. I'm not going going to share many pictures of the bride and groom so they can wait for the official photos, but I have a few from other parts of the weekend. Rehearsal Dinner The weekend started out with a rehearsal and dinner at The Missouri Botanical Gardens. My harp teacher played . . .
I was SO impressed with Minneapolis! Somehow, despite going to camp nearby for 5 years as a kid, my aunt and uncle living there, and my little brother living there since college, I haven't spent much time in the city. I was there for a wedding a few years ago (Hi Molly!) but other than that, it had been a long time since I visited. I was happy to get to come up for my little brother and his fiance's last wedding shower! White skinnies | Sweater (old) - similar Saturday Saturday was . . .
It was a very low key Christmas in the Brady house this year. Friday Night I taught my regular 5:30pm yoga class and then quickly changed to meet all my high school friends for an engagement party. I don't see them enough, so it was so fun to catch up. We . . .
I had quite the full weekend of celebrations! It started to ice pretty badly after my final on Friday, so despite braving it to the studio to teach class, no one showed up. I was slipping and sliding all over the roads and there were accidents everywhere, so I don't blame anyone for staying home! Instead I went over to my parents house where my little brother and his fiancé had just arrived from Minneapolis. We had Imo's pizza for dinner and then went down to the Anheuser Busch Brewery to . . .
What an incredibly wonderful week in Hilton Head with my family. We came down here for Thanksgiving last year, and apparently it's becoming a tradition. Hopefully I'll be able to sneak away for a few days in the coming years, even though I won't have the whole week off. It's so rare that my whole family is together (my little brother and his fiancé live in Minneapolis), so we really value the dinners, movies, games, and laughs together! New games we played: Dixit & One Night . . .
