My body woke up naturally at 6. I considered going back to sleep for a few more minutes, but I know it feels way worse to wake up to an alarm so I just got up. The drizzling rain wasn't a problem since I planned to do some quick sprints at the gym. I'm still not running much, but a few times a week I'm trying to get in a short sprinting session for some anaerobic cardio. Just not as much focus on that distance stuff anymore.
