Part of my 40 Days to a Personal Revolution program is meditation. This is not something I was familiar with before, save for reading about it in Eat Pray Love or perhaps attempting it once at a yoga class and feeling like a total failure. I've always envied those with a regular practice for the calm and peace it must bring them.
