How’s Flexible February going?
This challenge is definitely encouraging me to stretch when I’d usually skip it, but I’m still not as flexible as I used to be. It’ll take time! I was able to do TWO yoga classes last week (one with Casey in St. Louis, and one through GaiamTV when I was visiting P and he had to work.) Feeling pretty good!
This week’s video highlights my favorite hamstring stretches. My neck and shoulders get the most sore, but my hamstring are definitely the tightest. Anyone else?
