Thank you all SO much for your support on yesterday’s post. It was definitely not easy to write, and after lots of the criticism I’ve been receiving lately I was even more nervous to post it. But I’m glad it makes me more relatable and loved hearing from each of you.

My January goals worked out pretty well, but they were also pretty general and basic. When I got to thinking about goals for February, a lot more came to mind! I guess that’s what happens when you finally get settled and have a better idea of what life looks like.
Hopefully I won’t regret setting a few more goals this month.

February Goals:
1. Put my all into my current projects. This is an obvious part of my overall 2013 goal, accomplish. I just want to finish this month and this springing feeling like I did my absolute best on my research project, coaching Girls on The Run, and the other things I’m involved in.
2. Stick to a night time routine. I’d like to get into bed with enough time to read, drink some tea, talk to P and wind down. All too often I’m messing around on my computer and messing around, and then I don’t feel as relaxed or sleep as well.
3. Create more unique meals. I have the time to make some fun and different meals, but instead I’ve been going iwth simple sandwiches and raw veggies. I want to experiment more, especially with all the fancy contraptions I have access to in my mom’s kitchen.
4. No gum. Gum is an oral fixation for me, and always has been, but I can’t seem to completely quit it. I’m back on a gum phase that my digestive system hates, so I really just need to quit buying it!
5. Stretch. Obviously! This challenge is getting big and the prizes are INCREDIBLE. (Champion just donated another ENTIRE workout outfit as a grand prize!). Join me!

2 and 3 are things I really need to work on! I always make the exact same meals and I need to get out of the rut. Also, I do a little too much internet browsing and not enough reading and tea-drinking before bed :S

…started my february goals yesterday and i am so excited for this month! ready to get back on track FOR REAL this time! I love your goals, stretching and keeping to my morning and night routines are part of my goals too. good luck with them all!! february is going to be FAB!

Is funny, several months ago I read something on your blog (or somewhere) where you mentioned that gum can make people bloated. Well, I havent had gum since! it has to be at least 4 months. Not buying it def helps A LOT.

I chew wayyy too much gum!!! I try to go a week without buying it but then when I buy it I go crazy. I can chew a pack in a day, definitely something I need to work on as well!
