HI! How are you?
I’m so so thrilled for another low-key weekend to get work done. The week went pretty well – Orgo test went well – so now it’s time to catch up on other work! I have a few fun plans with friends, and of course crossing my fingers the Notre Dame game isn’t a total disaster, but other wise it’s just homework and relaxation.
What are your plans?
Five Things I Ate:
Bodo’s and Starbucks on Saturday while studying. Perfection.
I bought this roasted red pepper feta spread and its AMAZING. Had it on a roasted sweet potato with a salad and then a lara bar.
Scrambled eggs with onion and mushroom topped with some of that feta spread, with a side of asparagus and potatoes. (and lots more potatoes than pictured.)
Cuties! apples are gone, cuties are in.
A boat load of cocoa goodness Love Grown. i got a love drop last week and i am SO excited to be stocked up for oatmeal as the weather gets cooler. And of course, the granola. way too easy to eat that stuff!
I work out!!! Julie’s (check out Julie Gannon Personal Training – she can write you plans too! ) plans have been great. Challenging but short. I’m so sore from so little! Lots of rest and recovery this weekend is in order.
MON: push workout. my quads aren’t used to squats anymore.
TUES: Reflexion Yoga
WED: pull workout. pull ups are hard.
FRI: 30 min moderate cardio planned

Five Things Making Me Happy:
Sore muscles. I love feeling sore muscles:) GROW muscles grow!
Sleeping well. I managed to get a decent amount of sleep each night this week and not have to overdo it on the caffeine. That always makes the week a little better.
The weather has been spectacular. Makes me wish I could go for runs in the morning – perfect cool running weather. I love sweaters and boots and scarves, but man I wish I could skip the winter freezes.
It being almost October. October is awesome. In the running for favorite month for sure.
