I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in April 2012 as a Certified Holistic Health Coach. I have worked with young women to regain their health and it was always the best, most fulfilling part of my day. It was what inspired me to pursue a career in medicine to learn even more about the science of the body and help people heal. I am currently a medical student at St. Louis University.
I am currently working with women struggling with lost periods, eating disorder recovery, and body image. As an an Anorexia survivor that also had to gain some extra weigh to get my period back, I know the how hard it is to accept and cope with the process. I am passionate about true health, learning self love, and helping others realize that their weight does not define who they are. I know the hardest part can be dealing with the self-doubt and emotions that arise, and that having someone who understands and supports you can make all the difference. If you are interested in…
- Having a partner and confidant to help you through the struggle of recovery and weight gain
- Learning more about my road to recovery and getting my period back
- Learning my tips on how to handle the emotional aspects of recovery
- Asking questions and venting to someone that understands and won’t judge you
- Finding food freedom and loving your life
…then I’d love to work with you!
((PLEASE NOTE: NO medical advice can or will be given during health coaching sessions!))
Right now I am offering single 30 minute phone or Skype sessions for $20.00 or 60 minute sessions for $40. A longer program or regular sessions can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
If you’d like to schedule a call, please email me at clare.d.brady (at) gmail (dot) com with the subject “COACHING REQUEST.”
I am not a registered dietitian or physician. If needed, I will be glad to refer you to some good friends that can help you with more specifics about eating plans or medical concerns. My goal is to share my experience and health coaching services to help you get you where you want to be — happy and healthy!
