40 Days To A Personal Revolution starts today!!
I’ll go to yoga at 6pm and then I have weekly meetings each Tuesday from 7:30-8:30. I’m so excited to get started and share more with you all!
Some sort of yoga practice is required each day, but it doesn’t have to be in the studio. However, an unlimited package is included with the program so I really want to try to get to the studio each day if I can and make the most of the program. I’ve never done that much yoga consecutively and I’m excited to see what changes it brings about in my body and mind.
However, I’ve been really loving building strength with weights lately, and it makes me sad to lose that part of my fitness! I know yoga will keep my strength up a bit, and come on, it’s only 40 days, but I’m still going to miss lifting.
I’m not sure how often I can realistically get to the gym to lift if I’m doing yoga every day, so I decided to get in one “last chance” full body workout at the gym on Sunday.
I hit all my body parts and was feeling a little sore yesterday, which I love. Just a simple walk and some foam rolling yesterday left me very prepared to start tons of yoga today.
PS – Anyone watch the bachelor last night? I’m in a fantasy draft with a bunch of girls again which makes it super fun. And also, it’s such an absurd waste of time. The best.
