HOT OATS!!!
The four flavors above are single serving, lightly sweetened with brown sugar, and packed with freeze dried fruit. They are all low sodium, gluten free, and vegan! You can’t go wrong!
I’ve had a chance to try all the flavors, and they are ALL amazing. I’m trying to choose a favorite…maybe blueberry banana walnut? Anyway, so easy just to pour in boiling water and wait a minute, but there are also microwave options. They are perfect on their own, but can also be doctored up with some nut butter or more toppings. The BEST healthy, natural on the go breakfast option!
