Rockstar for a Day

Hi guys!!

LOVING the feedback on the Paleo post! Hearing from all sides and seems like lots of people had similar experiences. Anyone else want an RD to do a post on Paleo from their expert perspective? I know there are both paleo and vegan (and many other types of) RDs, and I am just always curious to hear how what they learn compares to what the diet preaches.

I felt like a rockstar!

I will tell you ALL about this event in some recap posts in a few days, but right now I am feeling so blessed and lucky to get to be part of it.

I’m exhausted. 3 cities yesterday, 6:15 wake up call, shooting all day, and about to meet some friends for dinner. Back to the midwest tomorrow!

    Looks like such a fun day!! I once had a photo shoot for work and I definitely felt like a rockstar.. Or maybe the most awkward model in the world, but it was still fun! ;)

    Looks like an awesome day! :) I loved your paleo post – I’m going to link to it. It’s refreshing to read someone saying they understand why it works, it just doesn’t work for *them*. Just like yoga doesn’t work for every single person.

    I’ve seen people talk about Glam Media before. What is it? Is it a network for blogging? These are all things I need to learn about.
